- Payment information: payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Account information: if you create an account, we store your login details and order history so you can track and reorder easily.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form, email, or quote requests.
- Website data: cookies and analytics that show us how visitors use the site, such as pages visited and device type.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your order, communicate about production and shipping, answer your questions, improve our products and website, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is necessary with the services that run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, and our website and email providers. Each of these partners handles your data under their own privacy practices and only for the purpose of completing your order.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as checkout, may not work properly without them.
Data Security
We protect your information with secure connections (HTTPS), password-protected systems, and access limited to the people who need it to fulfill your order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. If you are a California resident, you also have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.
