About These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed through toxlaysports.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Our Products
Toxlay Sports makes fully customized team apparel โ jerseys, uniforms, and fan gear โ produced to your design, colors, names, and numbers. Every item is made to order; we do not hold finished custom stock.
Our fan-inspired designs are created by Toxlay Sports. They are not official, licensed, or endorsed products of any team, league, school, or brand, and nothing on this site claims otherwise.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any customization you selected. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Your Designs
If you upload a logo, name, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse any design that infringes someone else’s rights or that we cannot reproduce in good quality, and we will tell you if that happens.
Proofs and Approval
For custom team orders, we may send a design proof before production. Once you approve a proof, production begins and the design โ including names, numbers, and spelling โ is produced exactly as approved. Please check proofs carefully.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a custom order already in production.
Returns
Because every item is made to your specification, custom orders are final sale except where the item arrives defective, incorrect, or with a printing error. The full process is in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this site โ text, photos, graphics, and designs created by Toxlay Sports โ belongs to us or our content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell it without permission.
Fair Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toxlay Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or from delivery delays outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
