Made to Order
Every Toxlay Sports item is made to order. Nothing is pulled off a shelf โ your jersey or uniform is cut, printed, and stitched after you order it. Production normally takes 10โ15 business days from order confirmation (or from design approval, for team orders with a proof step).
Delivery Times in the USA
Once production is complete, USA delivery normally takes 5โ10 business days by tracked carrier. So a typical order arrives roughly 3โ5 weeks after you place it. Delivery dates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and shown before you pay. There are no hidden shipping charges added after checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address on your order. You can also follow progress on our Order Tracking page.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Delays
Custom production can occasionally run longer during peak team seasons or if a design needs revision. If your order will be delayed beyond the usual window, we will let you know by email.
International Orders
We primarily serve customers in the United States. If you are ordering from outside the USA, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery options and any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
